I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate the emotional challenges that often happen beneath the surface—whether that’s anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. I work especially well with high-functioning adults, men, and Asian American clients navigating cultural expectations, pressure, identity, and relationships, while creating an inclusive space for people from all backgrounds.

I specialize in couples counseling focused on improving communication, emotional connection, trust, and healthier conflict resolution. Premarital counseling can also help couples build a stronger foundation before marriage.

My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and psychodynamic therapy, helping clients better understand recurring emotional and relational patterns while creating meaningful and lasting change. Therapy is tailored to your unique experiences, goals, and relationships, with the hope that you leave feeling more connected, self-aware, and grounded.
